On the beach frontage facing the sunset over a tropical lagoon, Waterfoot House is a unique property in Rarotonga. It is a standalone private residence, purpose-built as the owners’ tropical residence when they are on the island, and features nine distinct, connected pavilions, each one serving a different function and built with the warm tropical weather in mind.
The Main Pavilion houses a spacious living room connected by a covered walkway to the fully equipped kitchen. The Day Spa is next to the kitchen. The pavilions housing the bedroom suites are located either side of the main pavilion. The Master Suite and the King Suite face the lagoon, while the 2 smaller Suites face the opposite direction with an outlook over the gardens.
The property boasts both indoor and outdoor living, offering several individual spaces inside and out to relax and dine. At one end of the 20-metre pool there is an outdoor kitchen pavilion equipped with a barbeque, and on the opposite end of the pool, an open dining and lounging pavilion. The beach sand is only steps away from the front of the pool.
