This is a very good gated, Luxury Holiday Home on Rarotonga. Located in the Arorangi District on the more populous western side of the island, it is right on a beautiful beach and faces west over a sheltered lagoon. The name “Red Sunset” is very apt, as the sunsets can be absolutely spectacular on this side of Rarotonga, but “Red” is not the only colour featured in these sunsets – over a period of half an hour-or-so, on a good clear evening the colours of the sunset start as a brilliant red, then change to a vibrant orange before bathing the lagoon in gold, and, if you’re lucky, you may catch the legendary “Green Flash” as the sun disappears over the horizon.
