There is a pleasing “country” feeling about this region of the island of Rarotonga. Coast Cook Islands’ Beachfront Pool Villa 200 shares its beachfront location with its sister Villa 100 - both face east towards the sunrise. Waking each day to a fresh Rarotonga sunrise on the “quiet side” of the island is a never-ending joy as the sun appears over the ocean and lights up the coral pinnacles scattered throughout the lagoon. The reef is quite close to the mainland at this point on Rarotonga, so the lagoon out front is shallow and natural.
The villa itself is beautiful. All luxurious rooms are on a single level and face the beach, lagoon and ocean over the horizon lap pool and veranda. The 2 bedrooms are located one on either side of the open-plan living area and each has a spacious ensuite bathroom. The living area flows almost seamlessly out to the pool deck from large glass doors and the modern kitchen gives you everything you need to produce full meals if you so wish. The owners live handily, and given notice can easily organise a top local chef for a private celebration or special occasion for you.
