An amazing, new property on the quiet south coast of Rarotonga. Aramoana on the beach is a single level beach house with 3 beautiful bedrooms and lovely open-plan living spaces.
As its name suggests, it is located right on the beach, but with the additional feature of being on a raised area of land around 3 or 4 metres above the sand which results in there being spectacular views from the bedrooms and the living area.
The view from the 2 ocean view bedrooms which open on to the lounge is through the lounge area and the view from the Lagoon Front master bedroom on the front of the house is breathtaking. The beach is accessed down a staircase with approximately 20 steps and what a beach it is – powder-white sand and a sparkling lagoon marine reserve out front.
